Incorporez 3 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, puis ajoutez farine et sel. Formez une boule, filmez et r\u00e9servez 30 min au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C. Abaissez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 4-5 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, d\u00e9coupez les sabl\u00e9s et disposez-les sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Badigeonnez de jaune d\u2019\u0153uf dilu\u00e9, laissez reposer 5 min, recommencez le badigeonnage puis quadrillez la surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez 10 \u00e0 12 min, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les bords dorent.
