{"id":3543,"date":"2025-04-14T16:25:09","date_gmt":"2025-04-14T14:25:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/api-colomiers.com\/lucieaubrac\/?p=3543"},"modified":"2025-03-29T16:25:36","modified_gmt":"2025-03-29T15:25:36","slug":"biscuits-a-la-noix-de-coco-et-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/api-colomiers.com\/lucieaubrac\/2025\/04\/biscuits-a-la-noix-de-coco-et-chocolat\/","title":{"rendered":"Biscuits \u00e0 la noix de coco et chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong>&nbsp;(pour 12 biscuits \u00e9pais)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150g de beurre demi-sel (mou)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80g de cassonade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g de chocolat en pistoles (noir ou au lait)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commencer par m\u00e9langer le beurre mou avec la cassonade jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une pr\u00e9paration lisse et cr\u00e9meuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et la farine puis m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir cette fois, une pr\u00e9paration sableuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer enfin les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, puis former une boule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayant utilis\u00e9 mon moule 12 biscuits Guy Demarle*, j&rsquo;ai simplement r\u00e9parti la p\u00e2te dans les empreintes du moule, en la faisant bien adh\u00e9rer. Il est possible d&rsquo;\u00e9taler la p\u00e2te au rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, puis de la d\u00e9couper \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d\u2019emporte-pi\u00e8ce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfourner 15min puis laisser compl\u00e8tement refroidir avant de d\u00e9mouler d\u00e9licatement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nettoyer et s\u00e9cher le moule. R\u00e9partir le chocolat dans chaque empreinte puis le faire fondre dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 50\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9taler le chocolat \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau sur toute la surface de l&#8217;empreinte puis re-glisser les biscuits dans celles-ci.
