S\u00e9parez les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs des blancs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporez petit \u00e0 petit les jaunes des \u0153ufs puis la cr\u00e8me, la farine tamis\u00e9e et l\u2019eau de fleur d\u2019oranger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Montez les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige avec le sel. Incorporez-les d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le gaufrier selon le mode d\u2019emploi.
