Dans un bol, battez le beurre et le sucre roux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange cr\u00e9meux. Ajoutez l&rsquo;\u0153uf et la vanille, puis m\u00e9langez bien.<br \/>Incorporation des ingr\u00e9dients secs : Ajoutez la farine, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel au m\u00e9lange, puis remuez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Incorporez les p\u00e9pites de chocolat.<br \/>Formation des cookies : Formez des petites boules de p\u00e2te et disposez-les sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, en les espa\u00e7ant.<br \/>Cuisson : Faites cuire les cookies pendant 10 \u00e0 12 minutes.
