Ajoutez le jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf et m\u00e9langez le tout sans trop malaxer et formez une boule d\u00e8s que la p\u00e2te est homog\u00e8ne.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Enveloppez la p\u00e2te de film alimentaire et laissez reposez au frais pendant 1h. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (thermostat 6). Etalez la p\u00e2te sur 0,5 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et d\u00e9coupez des disques \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une emporte-pi\u00e8ce cannel\u00e9 rond. Les disposez sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.\u00a0Piquez-les soigneusement et artistiquement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette. Mettez au four pour 12 minutes tout en surveillant la cuisson. Les sabl\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre dor\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s cuisson, laissez les sabl\u00e9s refroidir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a0Faites\u00a0fondre\u00a0le chocolat noir au\u00a0bain-marie. A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9, \u00e9talez le chocolat fondu au milieu d&rsquo;un\u00a0sabl\u00e9\u00a0puis posez d\u00e9licatement un autre\u00a0sabl\u00e9\u00a0dessus sans faire d\u00e9border le chocolat. Refaire l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement des sabl\u00e9s.
