M\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">D\u00e9roulez la p\u00e2te sur la plaque du four en conservant la feuille de cuisson. Garnissez le centre avec la frangipane et \u00e9talez-la jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2 cm du bord. D\u00e9posez la f\u00e8ve. Recouvrez avec la deuxi\u00e8me p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e. Soudez les deux p\u00e2tes en pressant le tour avec vos doigts, puis retournez le bord comme un ourlet en le pressant. Marquez le bord avec les dents d&rsquo;une fourchette. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau,\u00a0badigeonnez\u00a0la surface de la galette avec le jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf dilu\u00e9 dans un peu d&rsquo;eau froide.
